Description

This course provides basic to advanced instruction, exercises and performance based virtual labs to learn Quality Control metrology using Verisurf Software. This specialized course will take the user to the next level of skills by individual modules in order of progression. When used with VLE, Verisurf Learning Edition software, the VLE interactive experience will enhance and teach-by-doing. VLE is available to download at no-cost VLE from www.verisurf.com under the university education tab.

Upon completion of each module the student has the option of online testing. Students Can receive online certification by achieving 80% or greater scores. This demonstrates knowledge comprehension and learned skills. Used in conjunction with VLE, the student will have increased hands-on skills and abilities suited for entry-level apprenticeships.

VLE is a full working and functioning edition of Verisurf Metrology Software. It will operate CMM and PCMM hardware. Saving files and printing reports has limitations to prevent commercial use.
